This site is dedicated to the legendary ROTC Hunters Guerillas -- a shining episode in Philippine ROTC history.

The original hunters were composed of some 300 cadets from the Philippine Military Academy and Reserve Officer Training Corps units of various Metro Manila universities, who answered the nation's call to service during the Second World War. They were organized on January 1942 in San Juan del Monte, Rizal.

Though initially turned back due to their youth -- they played a crucial role in the war against the Japanese when Philippine and American forces resorted to guerilla tactics. The original core group later expanded to become one of the largest guerrilla units in Luzon.
